See, when I was a struggling child living in a hospital, I developed some survival methods of my own. In retrospect, they seemed more like obsessive thoughts, but they helped me through years of pain and fear. They helped me through endless operations and loneliness.

You see, I was born with arthritis. Soon to be affecting all my joints.

At 11 I started on a dedicated path of taking charge of my own health, psychologically and physically. Leaving the hospital and medication behind I started a healing journey.

Nutrition, healing, and various ways of meditations became my life.

Luckily both my family and my spiritual guides were supporting me on my path!

But the work, well, I have done that myself!

Later, I learned self-hypnosis and explored healing and meditation techniques from all over the world.

And I became a spiritual teacher.

What happened in 2011 was devastating.

After a painful divorce and stressful life experiences I was exhausted. So, I accepted medication for my arthritis for the first time since childhood. It didn’t end well. I caught a legionella infection on a trip to Greece and almost died. My immune system was totally down. It was in the last minute the doctors managed to save my life.

The problem was I kept getting heavy infections. I was stressed. I had zero energy.

The fatigue was a fact.

At this time my meditations had been irregular, and I shifted between a lot of different techniques.

But now I knew there was only one way out of this misery.

A total dedication to my earliest form of meditation. The self-healing tool I had learned as a child.

I won’t fool you. I adjusted it to make it more efficient. Still, it took 3 months of dedication on many levels. But then, I was back on track.

You see, for me it’s all about functionality. I need my damaged body to work at its best.

I need my mind to work. I need my practical life to work.

For this to happen, the life force energy within must flow!

I teach meditation because I love the way it connects me to The Source!

I see it as my most important tool to keep healthy and happy, even throughout challenging times like this situation we find ourself in globally right now. To me it helps me following my higher calling!
